How long does delivery or take?
After you’ve placed your order, we start picking the freshest items from the vendors and prepare your order for delivery. One of our drivers will then bring it to you – usually in under an hour.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
You do not need to be home to receive your delivery! When placing your order, you have the option to have your driver leave your items at your door (contact-less) instead of meeting them, and you can add any delivery instructions needed. Our drivers take pictures of the delivery to ensure a quality drop-off, but we recommend picking it up as soon as possible for optimal freshness.
When can I place orders?
Orders may be placed during your local farmers market’s operating hours that are listed on their pages. We are testing pre-orders in select markets, but for most areas, you can’t make orders outside market hours.
Where can I download the Freshful app?
We are currently working on the Freshful apps for convenient ordering and tracking on iOS and Android. While they are not available just yet, you can order from your local market here on our website and we will let you know as soon as the apps are available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
How do I become a Freshful driver or market shopper?
We are expanding fast and have work opportunities in each market we open! If you are interested in joining the Freshful team as either a market shopper (packing orders for pick-up) or driver (picking up orders from the farmers market and delivering to customers), send us a message here and we will be in touch!
Does Freshful really have the freshest produce, meats and prepared foods?

When you buy from grocery stores, produce is often displayed days, or even weeks, after it was harvested and prepared by farmers. During this time, food can lose many of its nutrients, flavor and freshness during the logistics/supply chain process.
Even typical produce subscription boxes, which often are sourced from what farmers don’t sell at farmers markets, can arrive a day or two after markets close. With Freshful, you are getting the freshest, most flavorful and nutritious produce available in your area.
How does Freshful work?
1) Select Your Farmers Market: Browse the available farmers markets and select the one you’d like to shop from. We offer delivery to addresses within a 6-mile radius of each farmers market, so make sure to choose the one closest to you. A full list of available markets is available here (if none are in your area, we will be there soon!)
2) Shop for Fresh Goodies: Once you’ve selected a farmers market, you can start browsing the virtual stalls! Add all the delicious produce, meats, and other items you desire to your cart.
3) Review and Checkout: Once you’re done shopping, review your order to make sure everything is correct. Then, proceed to checkout and provide your payment information and delivery preferences.
4) Enjoy Fresh Delivery: Sit back and relax! Freshful will deliver your order of fresh, high-quality goods right to your doorstep.
